The workout ballad of Snow White
Hi ho, hi ho,
it's off to the gym I go
I sweat and squeeze and grunt and crunch
I go,
I go, I go, I go.
Yay for me!! I struggled to get back into working out last spring...but I did it walking a minimum of 3 miles per day. Then I injured a tendon on my left foot. I was out, all fall and until last week. Gained 20 lbs. UUHHH!!! Very frustrating!!
But today, I celebrate two weeks of going to the gym every weekday!! Hooray for me!!
3 miles per day, I'm on my way back baby!!! I'm the queen.
